TypesSolgar offers consumers the Formula VM-75 Teflon Coating supplements as tablets or capsules. The tablets have a water-based coating that dissolves more quickly than the industry's standard pharmaceutical glaze or shellac. The capsules are vegetarian, with no added salt, sugar or starch. Solgar also sells an iron-free VM-75 formula that comes in tablets only. The recommended dose is one tablet or two capsules daily.
